Yes. Everything at Gruene Bake Haus is made without gluten-containing ingredients. We bake exclusively gluten-free so there’s no mixing or swapping between gluten and non-gluten recipes. 

We take cross-contact seriously and most of our tools, equipment, and appliances are dedicated to gluten-free baking. That said, we operate out of a home kitchen that is not a certified gluten-free facility. If you have specific concerns or a higher sensitivity, please reach out—we’re always happy to talk through what works best for you. 

Absolutely!  We bake for anyone who loves good bread and baked goods. Plenty of our customers eat gluten regularly and still happily grab seconds—because good baking should stand on its own. 

Some of our menu items are naturally free of other ingredients beyond gluten, and we’re able to accommodate select special requests depending on the item and timing. Because everything is baked in small batches, availability can vary. If you have a specific need, reach out directly and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

1)  You can shop in person at Gruene Market Days on the third weekend of each month (except January). 

2)  You can also pre-order for Sunday pickup through the weekly meal prep group Easy Peasy Cooking Club at www.easypeasycookingclub.com. 

3)  Prefer something simpler? Pre-orders for pickup at our home in Gruene are always an option, too.
